The 15th Annual Jam On The River at Penns Landing took place on Sunday, May 28. Little Steven flew in to Philly on the red-eye, literally right off the stage of the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas Saturday night, to participate. Steven signed autographs at the WMMR booth - and also jammed with two bands: Marva Wright and the BMW's (a hot blues/gospel/soul outfit fronted by the awesome Marva Wright) -- and Cowboy Mouth (energetic wild 'n' crazy slammin' rock 'n' roll).
